En nuestra opini\u00f3n estos servicios p\u00fablicos deben ser gestionados directamente desde el ayuntamiento y no desde empresas privadas, porque entendemos que de esta manera el beneficio es mayor para Cu\u00e9llar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/picasaweb.google.com\/108459686790850861041\/LasLucesEnCuellar\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"broken_link\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.iucuellar.org\/2013\/imagenes\/Luces\/07_CJCela.jpg?resize=480%2C360&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El argumento del gobierno municipal de que no hay dinero ni se puede ir a cr\u00e9dito para financiarlo lo rebatimos en que es cuesti\u00f3n de prioridades, y para el gobierno del PP ha sido una prioridad gastar un mill\u00f3n de euros (1.000.000 \u20ac) en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del edificio de Las Tener\u00edas y no lo ha sido el ahorro energ\u00e9tico (hasta ahora) o el gimnasio del Colegio de la Villa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Si la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica no lo permite y realmente es una prioridad para este ayuntamiento quiz\u00e1s habr\u00eda que plantearse hacer la inversi\u00f3n en varios a\u00f1os y con el ahorro que se consigue con las inversiones de los primeros a\u00f1os ir financiando las siguientes inversiones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nosotros no nos podemos creer que la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la disminuci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica sean prioritarias para el partido popular en Cu\u00e9llar, s\u00f3lo hay que ver la iluminaci\u00f3n exterior de la iglesia de san Esteban, la del parque de la Huerta del Duque, o la de la muralla en la calle Nueva, realizadas hace pocos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/picasaweb.google.com\/108459686790850861041\/LasLucesEnCuellar\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"broken_link\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.iucuellar.org\/2013\/imagenes\/Luces\/SanEsteban2007LuzDiaObra.jpg?resize=744%2C308&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"744\" height=\"308\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Por otro lado est\u00e1 el modelo de desarrollo urban\u00edstico seguido en el municipio en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, tenemos nuevas zonas urbanas en la carretera de Bahab\u00f3n, la segunda fase de la urbanizaci\u00f3n Las Lomas, la zona de las Maravillas (detr\u00e1s de la gasolinera) o la de la carretera de Pe\u00f1afiel, todas ellas con pocas parcelas habitadas pero con todos los servicios , inclu\u00eddo el alumbrado p\u00fablico, que requieren del mantenimiento por parte del ayuntamiento tanto si hay dos vecinos como si hay veintid\u00f3s. Y no hemos terminado pues pronto est\u00e1 previsto el comienzo de una nueva urbanizaci\u00f3n.
