Desde el 30 de junio del 2008 en que se produce la primera aprobaci\u00f3n inicial de las Normas Urban\u00edsticas Municipales de Cu\u00e9llar y el d\u00eda 29 de enero del 2010 en que por segunda vez el Pleno del Ayuntamiento vuelve a aprobar inicialmente las NUM ha ocurrido algo transcendental para el desarrollo urbano del municipio, si llega a ejecutarse: el anuncio por la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n de la inclusi\u00f3n en el Programa Regional de Actuaciones de Urbanizaci\u00f3n de 43’7 Ha en Cu\u00e9llar, al oeste del municipio,para su urbanizaci\u00f3n residencial e industrial<\/a>. Los terrenos que comprende este plan van, aproximadamente, desde la carretera de Arroyo hasta la carretera de Olmedo, pasando por la residencia de ancianos El Alamillo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Castillo\"<\/p>\n

En opini\u00f3n del Grupo Municipal de Izquierda Unida, es en esta zona de pr\u00f3xima urbanizaci\u00f3n donde <\/span><\/span>deber\u00edan incluirse las dotaciones tan demandadas por los vecinos de la Villa de Cu\u00e9llar y su comarca, como son un Hospital Comarcal (o Centro de Salud bien dotado) bien comunicado y un Auditorio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al ser un plan de la JCyL no est\u00e1 recogido en las Normas Urban\u00edsticas Municipales que se han aprobado inicialmente y nos parece que va a aumentar demasiado el suelo urbano de Cu\u00e9llar, por lo tanto nuestra opini\u00f3n es que no aumente la zona urbana del Santillo (alrededor del campo de f\u00fatbol, la planta de biomasa y el punto limpio) por los siguientes motivos:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Esta del Santillo es una buena zona de huerta y deber\u00eda preservarse para este uso cuando hay otras zonas, sobre todo al norte, mucho m\u00e1s pobres y tan aptas para el desarrollo urbano como esta.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Su proximidad a la planta de biomasa que algo de humo y ruido produce y que necesita junto con el punto limpio del tr\u00e1nsito frecuente de camiones no invita a querer vivir all\u00ed precisamente.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

-Es probable que al urbanizar y crear servicios dotacionales en las proximidades del castillo se revitalice el casco hist\u00f3rico y se vayan ocupando tantos solares vac\u00edos que hay en \u00e9l.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A la espera de que este Ayuntamiento redacte pronto un \u201cPlan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana (PGOU)\u201d con una previsi\u00f3n de futuro realista, este Plan de la Junta nos parece adecuado en este momento teniendo en cuenta las necesidades residenciales e industriales actuales del municipio y la posibilidad de desarrollar en este momento otros sectores como el de \u201cLas Canteras\u201d (residencial) y los industriales entre las carreteras de Olmedo-Valladolid-Viloria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
