El Pleno del Ayuntamiento ha aprobado los proyectos del nuevo Fondo Estatal para el Empleo y la Sostenibilidad Local, de los cuales 213.203 \u20ac son para gasto corriente destinado a servicios sociales y educaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Todos sabemos que en los presupuestos aprobados en a\u00f1os anteriores las partidas destinadas a asuntos sociales son m\u00ednimas o nulas, lo cual ha dado mas de un quebradero de cabeza para poder ubicar ese dinero, desde Izquierda Unida venimos quej\u00e1ndonos a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o de esta falta de presupuesto social y creemos que tenemos delante una oportunidad inmejorable para que esto cambie en los Presupuestos Municipales del a\u00f1o 2010 que se aprobar\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"ColegioDeLaVilla\"<\/p>\n

La propuesta que ha hecho el Grupo Municipal de Izquierda Unida en forma de ruego al Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Cu\u00e9llar, es la siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n

Teniendo en cuenta que el dinero ahorrado por la cantidad dicha anteriormente va a ser destinada a otros fines, en los presupuestos de este a\u00f1o se deber\u00eda incluir una partida para subvencionar los libros de texto de la educaci\u00f3n obligatoria, esta partida tendr\u00eda continuidad en los a\u00f1os siguientes. Teniendo en cuenta el n\u00famero de alumnos que hay en los tres centros de Educaci\u00f3n Primaria y los costes de los libros, la cantidad a destinar estar\u00eda entre 60.000 y 65.000 \u20ac aproximadamente, ser\u00eda cuesti\u00f3n de hacer el c\u00e1lculo exacto.<\/span><\/p>\n

La f\u00f3rmula que proponemos es que el primer a\u00f1o sea para los libros de 1\u00ba, 3\u00ba y 5\u00ba, el comienzo de cada ciclo. El segundo a\u00f1o para los libros de 2\u00ba, 4\u00ba y 6\u00ba y el tercer a\u00f1o para los de infantil y las renovaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los centros se encargar\u00edan de gestionarlo, entregar\u00edan los libros, los recoger\u00edan y penalizar\u00edan en caso de devolverlos en mal estado, de esta forma son propiedad del Ayuntamiento cedidos a los colegios y son usados m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o evitando un gasto importante a las familias de la Villa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Todo esto, por supuesto, se tendr\u00eda que estudiar y consensuar con los responsables de los colegios y las AMPAS.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
