{"id":210,"date":"2010-05-06T17:05:52","date_gmt":"2010-05-06T15:05:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iucuellar.org\/seddna\/?p=210"},"modified":"2011-04-10T17:06:20","modified_gmt":"2011-04-10T15:06:20","slug":"presupuestos-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iucuellar.org\/?p=210","title":{"rendered":"Presupuestos 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><font size=\"4\">   Un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s no podemos votar a favor de los presupuestos, este a\u00f1o no podemos decir que no hemos contado con el tiempo suficiente para su estudio, por que la realidad es que hemos tardado menos que nunca en verlos, pues son m\u00e1s de lo mismo, anodinos, poco imaginativos y poco cre\u00edbles, pues se sigue presupuestando una cosa y se gasta otra.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><font size=\"4\">   En cuanto a la memoria de Alcald\u00eda, decirle que nos puede dar usted una fotocopia y nos sirve de un a\u00f1o para otro.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><font size=\"4\">   Se puede estar de acuerdo en que se recauda menos de ICIO, que se recibe menos de las aportaciones del Estado, \u00f3 que este a\u00f1o no se han subido los impuestos, (aunque de IBI pagaremos m\u00e1s por la revisi\u00f3n catastral), pero tambi\u00e9n es cierto que vamos a recibir una ayuda de 210.000\u20ac a trav\u00e9s del nuevo Plan E, destinados a gasto social que no se sabe muy bien a que  van a  destinarla, por que a gasto social no, aunque propuestas han tenido.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><font size=\"4\">   En cuanto al ahorro, nos dice usted lo mismo de siempre, que se va a intentar en la medida de lo posible, la contenci\u00f3n del gasto y nos resulta un tanto curiosa su forma de hacerlo, entregando 50.000\u20ac a una empresa para que nos gestione las piscinas y 126.000 a otra para que nos gestione los encierros, pudi\u00e9ndolo hacer desde el Ayuntamiento; yo a esto no lo llamo ahorro, lo llamo incapacidad de gesti\u00f3n, por que esto contribuye a tener que aumentar el endeudamiento.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><font size=\"4\">   Lo que tenemos claro, es que (con subidas exageradas de impuestos, congel\u00e1ndolos, recibiendo m\u00e1s \u00f3 menos del Estado, con promesas, con compromisos firmados o sin ellos) los que se presentaron como los que ten\u00edan el remedio para todos los males que padec\u00eda el municipio y como nuestros \u201csalvadores\u201d, no lo son tanto.<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s no podemos votar a favor de los presupuestos, este a\u00f1o no podemos decir que no hemos contado<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"sfsi_plus_gutenberg_text_before_share":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_show_text_before_share":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_icon_type":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_icon_alignemt":"","sfsi_plus_gutenburg_max_per_row":"","_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
