{"id":228,"date":"2011-01-30T17:27:25","date_gmt":"2011-01-30T15:27:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iucuellar.org\/seddna\/?p=228"},"modified":"2011-04-10T17:28:44","modified_gmt":"2011-04-10T15:28:44","slug":"las-tenerias-%c2%bffuturo-inmediato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iucuellar.org\/?p=228","title":{"rendered":"Las Tener\u00edas, \u00bffuturo inmediato?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En Izquierda Unida nos hemos enterado (como siempre por la prensa) de las intenciones del Ayuntamiento para la inversi\u00f3n de los Planes Provinciales de la Diputaci\u00f3n en nuestro municipio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Edificio de las tenerias antes de ser derribado\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.iucuellar.org\/images\/Urbanismo\/Tenerias2009.jpg?resize=471%2C227&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Edificio de las tenerias antes de ser derribado\" width=\"471\" height=\"227\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Seg\u00fan parece se solicitaron 300.000 \u20ac para este a\u00f1o y otros tantos para 2012, habi\u00e9ndose aprobado 160.845 \u20ac para cada a\u00f1o, y se quieren destinar a la puesta en valor de &#8220;las tener\u00edas&#8221; como centro etnogr\u00e1fico, sala polivalente de exposiciones y museo. Nosotros somos partidarios de la recuperaci\u00f3n de &#8220;las tener\u00edas&#8221; y de su entorno como un espacio abierto o parque p\u00fablico, pero nos parece incongruente la construcci\u00f3n de otra sala polivalente teniendo en cuenta que ya contamos con varias salas de este tipo, ni tampoco creemos justificable la construcci\u00f3n de un museo por el simple hecho de que (seg\u00fan parece) un particular quiera ceder una colecci\u00f3n de arte, m\u00e1s sin saber de qu\u00e9 se trata, pero sin estar en desacuerdo en que el Ayuntamiento reciba donaciones de particulares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Cu\u00e9llar tiene necesidades mas urgentes que comenzar la reconstrucci\u00f3n del edificio de las tener\u00edas para su hipot\u00e9tico uso futuro como museo o sala de exposiciones y arreglar el vallado. Invirtiendo en esta obra el dinero de los dos pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os (321.690 \u20ac) del Fondo de Cooperaci\u00f3n Local, como pretende el Ayuntamiento, no vamos a tener ni para empezar y tendremos otro gran proyecto comenzado y sin terminar en el que invertir dinero a\u00f1o tras sin que tenga una finalidad concreta y necesaria demandada actualmente por los vecinos de Cu\u00e9llar, ya nos ocurre esto con el edificio del Hospital de la Magdalena y tambi\u00e9n con Fuentemacanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podr\u00edamos invertir el dinero del Fondo de Cooperaci\u00f3n Local?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En Cu\u00e9llar tenemos los locales de la Escuela de M\u00fasica saturados de alumnos y en unas condiciones de habitabilidad cada d\u00eda mas precarias y por otro lado tenemos abandonado desde a\u00f1os (y a merced de los ladrones) el edificio del antiguo matadero, nuestra propuesta es invertir el dinero del Fondo de Cooperaci\u00f3n Local en <strong>LA REHABILITACI\u00d3N DE LAS INSTALACIONES DEL ANTIGUO MATADERO<\/strong>, en la calle piscinas, para ubicar en \u00e9l la Escuela de M\u00fasica y la Banda Municipal, para despu\u00e9s arreglar el edificio que ahora ocupan en la calle Chorretones y adecuarlo como Biblioteca Municipal, servicio del que hoy en d\u00eda carece el Ayuntamiento de Cu\u00e9llar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Antiguo matadero abandonado\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.iucuellar.org\/images\/Urbanismo\/AntiguoMAtadero.jpg?resize=390%2C255&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Antiguo matadero abandonado\" width=\"390\" height=\"255\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Izquierda Unida nos hemos enterado (como siempre por la prensa) de las intenciones del Ayuntamiento para la inversi\u00f3n de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"sfsi_plus_gutenberg_text_before_share":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_show_text_before_share":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_icon_type":"","sfsi_plus_gutenberg_icon_alignemt":"","sfsi_plus_gutenburg_max_per_row":"","_exactmetrics_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[7,6,13,11,12],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\r\n<title>Las Tener\u00edas, \u00bffuturo inmediato?
