{"id":431,"date":"2011-10-05T07:46:37","date_gmt":"2011-10-05T05:46:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iucuellar.org\/?p=431"},"modified":"2011-10-05T20:04:36","modified_gmt":"2011-10-05T18:04:36","slug":"caballos-trafico-e-higiene","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iucuellar.org\/?p=431","title":{"rendered":"Caballos, tr\u00e1fico e higiene"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- \t\t@page { margin: 2cm } \t\tP { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } --><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Venimos observando que con demasiada frecuencia (no nos estamos refiriendo solamente a las fiestas de los encierros de Cu\u00e9llar) hay caballos con sus jinetes por las v\u00edas urbanas de Cu\u00e9llar, esto est\u00e1 prohibido en la Ordenanza de Tr\u00e1fico del Ayuntamiento de Cu\u00e9llar aprobada en el a\u00f1o 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Es l\u00f3gica esta prohibici\u00f3n ya que pueden crearse situaciones de peligro en la Seguridad Vial del municipio tanto para los veh\u00edculos como  peatones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Pero adem\u00e1s hay un problema a\u00f1adido, ahora que la mayor\u00eda de los propietarios de perros recojen sus excrementos en las calles, las BO\u00d1IGAS que los caballos dejan en su tr\u00e1nsito por las calles de Cu\u00e9llar no son recojidas por nadie y ah\u00ed tenemos la mierda d\u00edas y d\u00edas hasta que los barrenderos pasan por la calle o alg\u00fan vecino, ya harto, la retira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> A\u00f1adiremos que en las NNUU no est\u00e1 autorizado, en el n\u00facleo de Cu\u00e9llar, el uso de ninguna parcela para corral de ganado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Hemos rogado al se\u00f1or Alcalde que informe a los propietarios de ganado del alcance de la Ordenanza. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><div class=\"jetpack-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"EquinosCu\u00e9llar\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KsqpZDTisn4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo 26. Circulaci\u00f3n de animales<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">1\u00ba. A excepci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas pecuarias y descansaderos, se <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif; font-size: medium;\">proh\u00edbe el tr\u00e1nsito de animales de tiro, carga o silla, cabezas de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif; font-size: medium;\">ganado aisladas, en manada o reba\u00f1o, en todas las v\u00edas a que se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif; font-size: medium;\">refiere el art\u00edculo 3 de esta Ordenanza, salvo autorizaci\u00f3n municipal <\/span><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif; font-size: medium;\">expresa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2\u00ba. Igualmente s\u00e9 proh\u00edbe la circulaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos de tracci\u00f3n <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif; font-size: medium;\">animal por las v\u00edas urbanas, excepto en los casos expresamente <\/span><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif; font-size: medium;\">autorizados previamente por el Ayuntamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: TimesNewRomanPSMT, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">3\u00ba.
