Izquierda Unida no est\u00e1 de acuerdo con la subida de tasas que propone el P.P., o al menos en parte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Somos conscientes de que el Ayuntamiento anda muy justo de dinero y que hay que pagar impuestos y tasas para que un municipio funcione y dar servicios a la ciudadan\u00eda, pero teniendo en cuenta la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en la que nos encontramos la mayor\u00eda, debido al paro, regulaciones de empleo, bajadas de sueldos o subidas de precios, creemos que no se deber\u00edan subir las tasas este a\u00f1o, o no todas, como propuse en la Comisi\u00f3n informativa y que ustedes rechazaron.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por otra parte, sus argumentos son razonables y podr\u00edan convencer a cualquiera: hay que pagar las n\u00f3minas, por supuesto, pero si estos a\u00f1os se han pagado, igual o mejor se podr\u00e1n pagar este o el siguiente con la bajada de sueldo que sufrieron los funcionarios, que dependiendo del grupo o categor\u00eda fue de hasta un 10%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hay que dar servicios a la ciudadan\u00eda, por supuesto, es obligaci\u00f3n de todo Ayuntamiento; pero si no se crean nuevos servicios, si los que hay no se mejoran, (incluso empeoran), si por otra parte no hay apenas inversiones y, por lo que se ve, en el futuro habr\u00e1 menos, dice el personal que lo que \u00fanicamente hacen ustedes es recaudar, contribuir a la asfixia existente y que bien podr\u00edan dejar las tasas como est\u00e1n, pues desde que son los responsables de conducir este Ayuntamiento, las han subido muy por encima del IPC, y no digo de los sueldos (quien lo tenga).Y como para marear con cifras ya est\u00e1n otros, les voy poner solo tres ejemplos: han subido el IBI alrededor del 13%, a excepci\u00f3n del 26% de subida del 2008, el agua un 19% o las basuras un 15%, supongo que estar\u00e1n ustedes satisfechos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Y entrando a valorar alg\u00fan cambio:<\/span><\/p>\n

No nos parece l\u00f3gico que en las tarifas de consumo de agua se suba el m\u00ednimo casi el 17% y no el exceso de consumo, pues da la impresi\u00f3n que se castiga a quien gasta poco y no al que en muchos casos derrocha, pues estamos hablando de un bien p\u00fablico y escaso, no de un negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tampoco nos parece bien que se tenga que pagar un derecho de inscripci\u00f3n en la escuela de m\u00fasica, pues creemos que con los precios ya es suficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Y en cuanto a la piscina, tampoco se entiende que ustedes quieran que se cobre como a un adulto a un chaval o chavala de 16 a\u00f1os si la mayor\u00eda de edad es a los 18. Seguramente le venga muy bien a la empresa concesionaria el que esos chavales paguen el doble de lo que les corresponde, pero para ellos ser\u00e1 una faena m\u00e1s de este equipo de gobierno del PP y de quien ha tenido esta ocurrencia, no creo que les haga ninguna gracia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Con este panorama se\u00f1or alcalde no pretender\u00e1 que le aplaudamos y que votemos a favor. <\/span><\/p>\n
