En contestaci\u00f3n a las declaraciones del se\u00f1or alcalde publicadas en la prensa y en las que pide al concejal de Izquierda Unida los Verdes que se informe correctamente:<\/span><\/p>\n

Nos reiteramos en todo lo dicho , porque el se\u00f1or alcalde ha firmado una hoja informativa del Ayuntamiento de Cu\u00e9llar en la que se afirma que en el a\u00f1o 2009 se rectificar\u00e1n las tasas del IBI y de basuras, pero para la modificaci\u00f3n de estas tasas se requiere la aprobaci\u00f3n del Pleno del Ayuntamiento, ya que la disposici\u00f3n final de las ordenanzas fiscales del a\u00f1o 2008 dice:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDISPOSICION FINAL<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La presente Ordenanza Fiscal entrar\u00e1 en vigor el d\u00eda de su publicaci\u00f3n en el B.O. de la Provincia, y comenzar\u00e1 a aplicarse a partir del 1 de enero de 2008, permaneciendo en vigor hasta su modificaci\u00f3n o derogaci\u00f3n expresas.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por tanto cuando vengan al plenario del ayuntamiento las ordenanzas fiscales para el a\u00f1o 2009, ser\u00e1n estudiadas, votadas y aprobadas, o denegadas, por los miembros de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Izquierda Unida los Verdes quiere dejar muy claro que es el alcalde, con sus \u00faltimas declaraciones, el que pretende confundir a los ciudadanos (o es \u00e9l qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 despistado), pues el acta del pleno extraordinario del d\u00eda 8 de noviembre de 2007 dice:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c PUNTO D\u00c9CIMO SEGUNDO.- APROBACI\u00d3N DE ORDENANZAS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

FISCALES PARA EL A\u00d1O 2008.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

La Comisi\u00f3n Informativa de Hacienda y Personal, en sesi\u00f3n de <\/span><\/span>fecha 30 de octubre de 2007, dictamin\u00f3 favorablemente:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Primero.- <\/strong><\/em><\/span>Modificar las ordenanzas fiscales de las tasas e impuestos que <\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span>a continuaci\u00f3n se relacionan y en los t\u00e9rminos que a continuaci\u00f3n se indican:<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

a) Ordenanza fiscal n\u00ba 1. Reguladora del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cArt\u00edculo 2.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>–<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.- El tipo de gravamen del Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles aplicable a los bienes de naturaleza urbana queda fijado en el 0,81 %<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

e) Ordenanza Fiscal n\u00ba 8. Tasa por Recogida de Basura.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Se suprime la Ordenanza Fiscal n\u00ba 8 reguladora de la Tasa por Recogida de basura.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Esto es lo que se vot\u00f3 y aprob\u00f3 en dicho pleno, una tasa del 0\u203281 de IBI y la supresi\u00f3n de la tasa de basuras<\/span><\/span> (con nuestro voto en contra); sus declaraciones y argumentaciones, se escuchan y se discuten pero no se votan.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

POR TANTO EL SE\u00d1OR ALCALDE DEBE BUSCAR A LOS OPORTUNISTAS Y A LOS HIP\u00d3CRITAS QUE CITA EN SUS DECLARACIONES EN OTRO LUGAR.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
